All Nations

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
Matthew 28:19

The Great Commission is Gods command to spread the Gospel to all people. No matter what language, color, skill or abilities. It doesn’t matter what their past looks like if we as Believers and Disciples of Christ share the Gospel with them God can do anything. It says to all nations, not just where you want but to all nations.

Some are called overseas to bring the Good News to people who haven’t heard it and others are called right where they are to bring the

Gospel to people who live across the street. God uses each and every one of us in Amazing but different ways. So where is your Nation? Where is God calling you? I would love to share where God has set my heart.

Really my heart has always been set on North America. I don’t exactly know where in North America but I know it is in North America. What I also know is that God has given me a heart to work with kids. So I have been trying to tie the two together to figure out where exactly. For me even if God wants me to work with adults I still would enjoy it. This last week on my youth groups mission trip I talked to the mom of one of the kids in my crew for our VBS. I never really shared the Gospel with and adult so it was a huge step for my confidence. I was just trying to encourage and what she said to me lifted my spirit and made me know that God does amazing things. She told me that it was her daughter who helped her gain a relationship with Christ. Wow! God is Good. This experience just reassured me of how this Nation, North America is where I am called.

I look at North America, specifically the US and it is a battlefield to share the Gospel in this place. People are coming from overseas to share the Gospel here when it used to be the opposite. People are running away from God and trying to fit in to society. It is such a broken world. Then when you go overseas you have to watch your back every second because people will try to destroy you and make sure you don’t believe in God anymore by persecuting family members or yourself. So let’s as Disciples of God do what this verse says and GO to ALL NATIONS and PROCLAIM.

God could change everything in an instant but right now He has me where I am supposed to be and I am going to share the Gospel because I LOVE GOD.
